ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Facebook: FB Post Collector เป็นเครื่องมืออิสระ ไม่ได้เป็นพันธมิตร ไม่ได้รับการรับรอง และไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ Facebook หรือ Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน (License)

เมื่อซื้อ คุณได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนบุคคลแบบไม่จำกัดเวลา (lifetime) สำหรับผู้ใช้รายเดียว ห้ามขายต่อ แจกจ่าย ให้เช่า หรือแบ่งปัน license key ให้ผู้อื่น

2. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ส่วนขยายมีไว้เพื่อช่วยคุณวิเคราะห์คอนเทนต์ของคุณเอง
คุณมีหน้าที่ใช้งานให้สอดคล้องกับ เงื่อนไขการใช้งานของ Facebook และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (เช่น PDPA/GDPR)
ห้ามใช้ส่วนขยายเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลของผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ คุกคาม หรือกระทำการผิดกฎหมาย

3. ไม่มีการรับประกัน

ส่วนขยายให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" (as is) เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของข้อมูล และไม่รับประกันว่าจะใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา — Facebook อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงหน้าเว็บซึ่งทำให้การอ่านข้อมูลผิดพลาดหรือใช้ไม่ได้

4. การจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ผู้พัฒนาไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้ส่วนขยาย รวมถึงผลที่เกิดจากการที่บัญชีของคุณถูกดำเนินการโดย Facebook ความรับผิดสูงสุดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระ

5. การคืนเงิน

รับประกันคืนเงินภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อ หากไม่พอใจ ติดต่อเราเพื่อขอคืนเงิน

6. การสิ้นสุดสิทธิ์

สิทธิ์การใช้งานอาจสิ้นสุดลงหากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

7. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย

No affiliation with Facebook: FB Post Collector is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. License

Your purchase grants a personal, lifetime, single-user license. You may not resell, distribute, rent, or share your license key with others.

2. Acceptable use

The extension is intended to help you analyze your own content.
You are responsible for using it in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and applicable laws, including data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR, PDPA).
Do not use the extension to unlawfully collect others' data, harass, or engage in illegal activity.

3. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of data, nor uninterrupted operation — Facebook may change its pages, which can break data reading.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including any action taken against your account by Facebook. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

5. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a refund.

6. Termination

Your license may terminate if you breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
